## 🌐 SILVERARC | TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

## 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the SilverArc community, initializing an infrastructure support ticket, requesting custom software compilation, or interacting with any automated application framework hosted across our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) nodes (collectively, the "Services"), you explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not consent to these boundaries, you must immediately terminate your interaction with our systems.

## 2. SCOPE OF SERVICES & CLOUD STORAGE INFRASTRUCTURE

SilverArc operates as a digital development and specialized hosting firm. Our active application deployment and infrastructure catalog includes:

• Discord Platform Curation: Custom Discord application compilation, bot development, interactive user interface styling (Rich Embed optimization, button compilation matrices), and automated moderation arrays.
• Game Server Infrastructure Hosting: Dedicated hosting deployment, network performance tuning, and resource allocation for dedicated Minecraft server environments.
• Roblox Ecosystem Integration: Specialized database management, livery distribution nodes, and automated session board communication pipelines for Emergency Response: Liberty County (ERLC) communities.
• User-Defined Applications: Scalable virtual machine instances and shared host network environments allocated for any other digital platforms, games, scripts, or application instances that users legally opt to deploy across our cloud space.

## 2.1 Multi-Application Resource and Boundary Policy

Users running custom configurations (whether utilizing our Minecraft hosting, ERLC data integrations, or distinct user-selected server instances) are granted strict sandbox boundaries. You retain full responsibility for configuring internal application rules, player permissions, and database loops. SilverArc reserves the right to throttle or temporarily suspend individual game pools or container instances if an unoptimized script or application loops out and threatens the hardware stability of our parent shared host nodes.

## 3. GRAND GCP REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Because SilverArc utilizes Google Cloud infrastructure (including but not limited to Compute Engine virtual machines, Artifact Registry pipelines, and Google Kubernetes Engine clusters), all users are strictly bound by the Google Cloud Terms of Service and the Google Cloud Acceptable Use Policy.

## 3.1 Prohibited Network Actions

You are strictly prohibited from utilizing SilverArc bots, host paths, or server layers to perform actions that compromise our Google Cloud computing resources, including:

• Mining cryptocurrency or running unauthorized background workloads.
• Launching distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, automated vulnerability scanning, or port probing.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our internal GCP project console, VPC networks, or IAM roles.
• Hosting or distributing malware, spyware, phishing layers, or unlicensed intellectual property.

## 4. FINANCIAL DISCLOSURES & REFUND POLICIES

## 4.1 Payment Structure

Full financial clearance is required prior to the initialization of any software construction, repository staging, or container resource provisioning. Project pricing is variable, scaled dynamically based on architectural complexity, resource draw, and GCP allocation hour requirements.

## 4.2 Refund Limitations

Due to the instant consumption of cloud hosting and engineering resources, refunds are strictly limited and never guaranteed. A financial reversal will only be evaluated if work has not yet started or a critical structural error occurs strictly on SilverArc's side that cannot be rectified by our engineering team. Once digital construction begins or an asset layer is deployed to your environment, all sales are final.

## 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DISTRIBUTION RESTRICTIONS

## 5.1 Proprietary Ownership

SilverArc retains absolute ownership, source code copyrights, and intellectual property rights over all compiled files, structural systems, scripts, and layout designs. Upon final payment clearance, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the application execution files within your designated server environment.

## 5.2 Redistribution Restrictions

Unless accompanied by explicit, written authorization from SilverArc administration, you are strictly prohibited from reselling, leasing, renting, or rebranding SilverArc code configurations, server builds, or hosting asset allocations.

## 6. SLA SUPPORT LAYERS & LIABILITY EXCLUSIONS

SilverArc provides core maintenance for verified bugs, syntax errors, or execution script crashes originating directly from raw SilverArc code. SilverArc is explicitly detached from liability, and will not issue free updates, for system failures caused by breaking alterations made to upstream APIs (including the Discord API gateway, Mojang/Minecraft authentication layers, or Roblox webhooks), user-end code modifications, or third-party GCP hosting node outages outside SilverArc's direct control.

## 7. DISCRETIONARY TERMINATION OF SERVICE

SilverArc reserves an absolute, unilateral right to refuse service, cancel active project queues, revoke user asset licenses, or forcefully terminate application execution strings instantly without prior notice if a user is discovered:

• Violating any clause contained within these corporate Terms or the upstream Google Cloud policies.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, weaponize, or modify SilverArc system layers or host nodes.
• Engaging in bad-faith business practices or harassment toward SilverArc staff.

Any violation of this nature results in immediate structural termination and a permanent, lifetime ban from our infrastructure networks. No refunds or financial credits will be issued under conditions of misconduct.

## 8. INFORMATION SECURITY & DATA PRIVACY

SilverArc operates on a localized, minimal data footprint. We do not aggregate or harvest personal metrics outside of the raw logistical data streams required to execute your development tickets and host your server instances. All code files, configuration values, and server templates remain fully confidential.

## 8.1 Critical Token Security Protocol

SilverArc maintains a zero-retention infrastructure policy regarding your application credentials.

• We will never request, log, save, or store your private Discord Bot Token within any external database layer or GCP cloud storage bucket.
• If a token is briefly required for network synchronization or environment installation, it is used directly within volatile runtime memory and deleted immediately upon deployment.

## 9. DOCUMENT ROTATION & AMENDMENTS

The distribution, reselling, or unauthorized cloning of this legal architecture document or any SilverArc documentation is strictly prohibited. SilverArc reserves the right to modify this structural layout at any moment. Continued use of our applications or support systems following an amendment establishes your absolute agreement to the updated Terms.
